Regulatory Affairs Assistant (m/f)

Function

As a Regulatory Affairs Assistant, you will assist the Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager in the preparation and follow-up of regulatory dossiers opened in connection with Galactic SA's activities (food, cosmetics and biocides).

This includes, but is not limited to :

  • You contribute to the definition and drafting of product specifications to ensure that regulatory constraints are respected.
  • You provide regulatory support for the development and launch of new products.
  • Respond to customer sales and/or quality teams on regulatory issues.
  • You keep a regulatory watch on products marketed by Galactic SA, to ensure that products and packaging comply with regulations.
  • You collect from the R&D, testing and production departments the various technical documentation required to compile regulatory dossiers.
  • You lead meetings to prepare all dossiers. You draw up registration dossiers for the ECHA.

Profile

You have at least 5 years' higher education (general engineering, chemistry, biology, biochemistry) with a specialization in regulatory business law, and at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Excellent scientific knowledge of Galactic SA's activities.
