We are looking for an

Innovation Project Leader (m/f)

Function

As Innovation Project Leader, you will be responsible for guiding Galactic's research and development projects for new products and processes, from idea to industrialization, from a scientific and technical point of view. From idea to industrialization, from a scientific and technical point of view.

You will monitor R&D NPD laboratory work at Group level.o You will carry out selected laboratory experiments to prove concepts, develop protocols and products, and produce samples for customers.

o You will manage laboratories in accordance with good housekeeping and safety practices (6S principles).

o You will draw up work protocols for your laboratory areas.

You will take the lead in project management for the company's key innovation activities:

- ESG: monitoring sustainable development projects, and coordinating the internal green team

- IP: supporting the management of the Galactic Group's IP portfolio

- Tax reduction filesYou will report to the Innovation DirectorYou will assist the Innovation Director in managing the R&D team in charge of new product development.

Profile

You have a Master's degree in a scientific field, preferably in chemistry, biochemistry or engineering.

This position can be filled by a recent graduate, although initial professional experience is considered an asset.

Working knowledge of English and French required.

Good command of MS Office 365 tools

You are flexible, and willing to travel between our production site in Escanaffles and Anderlecht.

You work in a methodical and structured way, making efficient use of available resources (e.g. time).

You are capable of completing several projects at the same time
