Commercial Trainee
Function
As a Sales Trainee, you will join a one-year immersive program designed to give you a comprehensive overview of our business and prepare you for a key role interacting with our customers.
Throughout your journey, you will gradually develop your skills through a variety of hands-on experiences:
- Develop your knowledge of our products and our business environment, particularly through technical immersion and interactions with our internal teams
- Participate in hands-on projects, such as supporting new product launches or creating sales materials
- Contribute to market analysis and the identification of business opportunities
- Take part in prospecting and business development activities (EMEA and North America), with gradual guidance
- Gain insight into the day-to-day work of our teams through shadowing assignments (sales, technical, customer success)
- Become familiar with our tools and work methods (CRM, sales organization, customer relations)
Occasionally participate in cross-functional initiatives (communications, events, innovation)
This diverse and dynamic career path will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the field while gradually developing your own career focus (sales, technical, or strategic).
Profile
- Technical or scientific background: bioengineer, civil or industrial engineer in chemistry, (bio)chemist, biologist, or equivalent
- Graduating in 2024, 2025, or 2026
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction
- Fluency in English (required) – any other language is a plus
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, and a desire to learn
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude
